A view from atop the pretty hill station on the Sahayadri Mountains – Khandala. It’s about 2 hours away from Bombay – one of the most popular weekend getaways. Lush green all around, and dotted with waterfalls for a fair part of the year, the lovely Bombay-Pune expressway is a great drive too.

    no, no! I like the grass. gives one a feeling of looking from atop a grassy cliff edge to winding roads below. creates a lot of depth in the pic.
