This ‘Big Shoe’ with hundreds of smaller ceramic shoes of all sizes was a major attraction at this year’s Kala-Ghoda Arts Festival. This Festival is organized every year to promote and showcase Art in the form of movies, music, dance, theatre, handicrafts from all over the country and everything else under the sun. This week long festival was started in 1999, and is conducted once every year in the month of February in Mumbai.

I was there too… Really nice structures, many of them. That was a day when I really, really missed having a camera. There was also a ferris wheel made out of bicycles. It was awesome. I have a photograph of it on my phone - really depressing to do that with a phone.
