A parched rope hangs over a dry well in southern India.  Ironically, as floods ravage most parts of India during the monsoon, a few interior suburbs of mid-western and southern India remain bone dry for the most part of the year.

    i like the concept, but i feel its over exposed.

    Agreed. I wanted to get the darker dry bed of the well in the shot as well, ended up overexposing the focus area. I like the way it stands out against the background.

    I dont know even I find a little too over-exposed!
