Dinner getting ready! Steam escapes from the pressure cooker while a flame gently simmers underneath the kadhai. Both of these are absolute essentials in any Indian kitchen.

This photo was shot old school, using a Zenit E film camera loaded with Fuji’s excellent Neopan 400 B&W film.

    I look at this photo again and I must say its simplicity is stunning and very nostalgic. Reminds of stuff like Doordarshan, being in primary school and a world where internet wasn’t even something I had heard of :P
