   but these soda bottles dont need any opener as they hv a marble instead of a regular crown

   The best soda I have ever had. It is also called as गोटी सोडा (Goti soda) !

   BTW, in Tamil Nadu there is another type of soda called “panneer soda” – this is exactly the same as normal soda, except that it has some added rose water which gives it a distinct flavour and smell.

   This brings back so many memories! We used to call this “Banta” (not the Khushwant creation ) in Delhi. Used to be a very refreshing drink for us after playing an evening sport, for a quick buck.
