Bask


The Indian one horned rhinocerous, spotted here, basking in the sun at Kaziranga National Park, Assam. Its incredible how the Rhino’s armoured body blends into the surroundings.

    Pranav, :-) firstly, it IS alive, what do you mean life like?

    I was on an elephant at the time so I could get this close. Yes I did crop off tall grass from all sides of the frame.
