Pagdi Paganini

My little Rajasthani maestro at Fort Jaisalmer strums his Rawanhathha, the oldest known instrument to be played with a bow, a likely precursor to the modern violin. The music is staccato, as his lovely and brief career is likely to be, for the red turban indicates he will soon take to his ancestral profession of being a shepherd.
