Mighty Himalayas

The peak to the top right of the photo is Neelkanth (6597m) and the other range to the left is Chaukhamba Peaks (7138m).  This was the view from my hotel window in Auli.  Around monsoon, the valley below turns into the Valley of flowers.

About 150 degrees clockwise, you can see India’s 2nd tallest peak Nanda Devi.

    Yeah, I went skiing in Auli, 2007 Winter if I remember correctly :)
