Leh Palace

Leh Palace and monastry. The palace was recenltly renovated from what was becoming ruins, and now holds a museum within.

In the photo, you can also see prayer flags strung along from the monastry to a neighbouring mountain. These flags have prayers written on them, and the belief is that the wind carries those prayers around the region, making it happy and healthy.
