Monarch Butterfly, aka Striped Tiger.

Edit: So, turns out this is a  Tawny Coster (Acraea terpsicore) male. Sorry for the confusion.
Also, Baronet butterfly looks kinda similar to both the Monarch and Tawny Coster.
