The cricket fever after India’s wins against Sri Lanka was absolutely everywhere, including heritage sites of the ancient terracota temples at Bishnupur, West Bengal.
Something that made all of us smile at IndiaDailyPhoto.com in the new year was the recognition of the beautiful 2009 we had at PhotoBlogAwards.com as we were one of the finalists for the Best Asian & Oceanian Photoblog. There are some totally stunning photoblogs there and we are super happy to be in that list. A gigantic thank you to the Sunday Guests on our blog and a bow to you from the entire team for checking our blog everyday, commenting and encouraging us all along.

I like the yellow.
Cricket fever like yellow fever…epidemic
bishnupur with its yellow soil…jaundiced
terracotta temple yellowing with age….obscure
Photographer Pranav…yellow yellow dirty fellow
The warm tones and colors in this photo are magic. I really like it.
I’ve been to this place. Bishnupur is one of the coolest place for terracotta-architecture. Your picture is awesome as well.
