This statue stands out next to Agara Lake in Bangalore. Abstract from what I understand. Anyone from Bangalore who knows its significance? It’s on the Outer Ring road that goes around Agara lake in HSR Layout. (link)

    Weathercock was my initial reaction too, but it was quite windy when I went there, and the structure wasn’t moving.
